Classes at OSA

Daytime classes are usually 3 hour periods unless otherwise noted, and are held in our studios at OSA.  Parking is available, adjacent to our building.

In order to take classes, you must be at least an Associate  Member of OSA at $35 per year, or an Active Member at $45 per year. Active Members are assessed and juried in after 3 months of associate standing.  If you are starting classes in the fall, your membership fee will apply to the following calendar year.

Drying racks are available for students to leave their paintings while they are working on them.  This is a tremendous help when transporting larger or wet paintings. We usually have room to store your still life objects as well.

As well as good instruction, we offer both associate and active juried members the opportunity to show in our large gallery.  Entry fee for gallery showings of up to three paintings is only $15 total.  Fees for juried shows may vary.  We do not take commission fees for selling your work.
