2013 Gallery Events

As well as good instruction, we offer both associate and active juried members the opportunity to show in our large gallery.  Entry fee for gallery showings of up to three paintings is only $15 total.  Fees for juried shows may vary.  We do not take commission fees for selling your work.

May: ASSOCIATE SHOW
Accept artwork May 4, from 10 am to noon. Reception May 5 from 1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up May 24, from 1 to 4 pm.

June: Rose Festival Juried Show. All Members and non members
Accept Art: May 28 10 -4 May, 29 10 – 12 Reception June, 2 from 1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up June 28, from 1 to 4 pm.

July: OSA Archive Show
Accept artwork June 29 from 10 am to noon. Reception June 30 from 1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up August 2, from 1 to 4 pm. This is a first time show of works that have been bequeathed to OSA by some talented artists who are no longer with us.  We need volunteers to sit for this show, please sign up at OSA.

August: Teachers and Students All media; All Members
Accept artwork August, 3 from 10 am to noon. Reception August, 4 from 1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up August 30, from 1 to 4 pm.

September: Juried Show: Active Members, Any Media: No photography
Accept artwork September, 3. from 10 am to 4 pm. Reception September 8. Ribbons award; 2:30 pm. Close and pick-up September 27, from 1 to 4 pm.

October: Fund Raiser Show
Accept artwork September, 28 from10 to 12 Reception September 29, from 1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up November 1, from 1 to 4 pm.

November: Under $100 Show: Members and non members
Accept artwork November 2, from 10 to 1 Reception November, 3 from1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up December 6, from 1 to 4 pm.

December: Urban Rural Landscapes: Members Only
Accept artwork December 7, from 10 am to noon. Reception December 8, from 1 to 4 pm. Close and pick-up January 4, from 1 to 4 pm.

PLEASE NOTE: OSA charges a storage fee of $10 for work that is not collected at the closing of the show.
