2012 Gallery Events

**Art is accepted from 10am to noon unless noted

January Show: Volunteer's Show: All Members
Accept art Saturday January 7th, 10am to noon. Reception Sunday January 8th, 1 to 4pm. Show closes, pick up art Friday January 27th, 1 to 4pm.

February Show:  Family and Friends Show: Open to all members and non members Download the postcard. Accept art Saturday January 28th. Reception Sunday January 29th. Close and pick-up Friday February 24th.

March Juried Spring Show: Active Members and any Media, no photography
Accept artwork Tuesday February 28th from 10am to 4pm. Reception March 4th; ribbons awarded at 2:30pm.
Close and pick-up April 6th. Download the prospectus.

April Show:  Watercolor Society of Oregon Show, Juried WSO members only
Accept artwork: Wednesday, April 11th. Opening reception: Saturday April 14th, 4 - 7 pm. Close and pick-up Monday April 30th, 11am - 4pm.
Gallery closed Easter Sunday, April 8th.

Mid April Show:  Photography, All members and Portland Photography Forum
Accept artwork Tuesday, May1st, 10am -1pm. Close and pick up art  Friday May 11th, 1 - 4pm.

May Show: The Great Nautical Art Show, All members and non members.
Joint Artist Show with Oregon Society of Artists and Oregon Maritime Museum
Accept artwork Saturday May 12th. Reception Sunday May 13th. Close and pick-up Friday June 1st.

June Show: Rose Festival Juried Show, All Members and non members
Accept art: Tuesday June 5th, 10am - 4 pm and Wednesday June 6th, 10am - noon.
Reception Sunday June 10th. Close and pick-up Friday July 6th.

July Show:  Large and Small Format, Active Members 
Accept artwork Saturday July 7th. Reception Sunday July 8th. Close and pick-up art Friday July 27th.

August Show: Teachers and Students, All media, All Members  
Accept artwork Saturday July 28th. Reception Sunday July 29th. Close and pick-up art Friday August 31st.

September Juried Show: Active members, Any Media; No photography
Accept art: Tuesday September 4 from 10am to 4pm. Reception Sunday September 9th; ribbons awarded at 2:30pm.
Close and pick-up Friday October 5th.

October Show: Associates Show, all Media
Accept artwork Saturday October, 6th. Reception Sunday October 7th; ribbons awarded at 2:30pm. Close and pick-up art Friday November 2nd.

November Show: Under $100 Show, All members
Accept artwork Saturday November 3rd. Reception Sunday November 4th. Close and pick-up art Friday November 30th.

December Show:  Works on Paper, Active Members 
Accept artwork Saturday December 1st. Reception Sunday December 2nd. Close and pick-up Friday January 4th.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a huge problem with members not collecting their artwork, so OSA will
now be charging a storage fee of $10 for work that is not collected at the closing of the show.
